Alain Ducasse has assembled a top team of kitchen and front-of-house staff, most of whom have worked with him for many years.
Damien has joined the team in May 2014, after working 4 years at Alain Ducasse at The Plaza Athénée.
A very dynamic, motivated director, Damien is a real foodie and is passionate about the London restaurant scene. He truly enjoys his job, entertaining the guests, making their experience enchanting and memorable. He also enjoys working and learning with the Chef and the teams on the creation of new menus, and on wine pairings.
His team is the key to a successful restaurant and he tries to accompany them every day in their tasks, making the Front of House team, a family with common philosophy and goals.
