Available from the 11th January, our 7-course Black Truffle Menu celebrates the magnificent seasonal gem from the south of France, the ‘tuber melanosporum’.
Carefully selected ingredients combine to create fragrant and refined dishes such as the Cookpot of LEEK and AGRIA POTATO, or the NATIVE LOBSTER, pumpkin condiment.
As an alternative, guests will also be able to delight in shavings of black truffle with any of our current a la carte options.
