To celebrate a decade of culinary creation at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, we are delighted to announce the launch of a limited-edition 7-course 10th Anniversary Menu available from the 25th October to 23rd December from lunch and dinner, priced at £280 pp.
Designed by Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, the menu reflects the restaurant’s diverse and rich heritage while sharing a renewed outlook towards the future.
To mark this milestone, guests will enjoy dishes such as the ‘Hand-dived sea scallop, citrus, caviar’, the ‘Native lobster, ratte potatoes, wild mushrooms’, and the ‘Volaille de Bresse, Albufera sauce’ and to finish, a playful ‘Iced chestnut and lime’ dessert.
Celebrations begin with an exclusive dinner on Tuesday 24th October in presence of Alain Ducasse, where the 10th Anniversary Menu will be unveiled with a unique Dom Pérignon Champagne pairing, available for one night only, and prices at £430 pp.
(All prices are inclusive of taxes and exclusive of service charge.)
