For the fifth consecutive year, on the 21st of March 2019 for dinner, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester takes part in Goût de France/Good France – the unique worldwide culinary event uniting 5,000 chefs over 5 continents, in celebration of French gastronomy.
This year's Goût de France/Good France celebrates Provence as a gastronomic destination. Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has imagined a unique 4-course menu featuring dishes such as the Green asparagus from Provence and morel mushrooms, along with the Cookpot of rock fish, fennel and black olives, bouillabaisse broth. To finish, the Lemon from Menton, calisson, completes this unique culinary journey.
To accompany this menu, Head Sommelier Ruben Desport has designed an elegant and refined wine pairing showcasing classic French appellations.
