For the fourth consecutive year, on the 21st March 2018, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester takes part in Goût de France/Good France – the unique worldwide culinary event uniting 3,000 chefs over 5 continents, in celebration of French gastronomy. Dinners served in participating restaurants honour the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.
This year, Goût de France/Good France is dedicated to Paul Bocuse, who lead the great evolution of French cuisine.
