With the 3rd week in May marking National Vegetarian Week, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester celebrates the importance of vegetables with an array of vegetarian dishes.
Since its opening in 2007, the restaurant has championed the humble vegetable and served a 7-course vegetarian menu, the Menu Jardin.
This year, Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has devised a limited edition Lunch Hour Menu – The Gardening Hour Menu, which includes options such as ‘Green and white ASPARAGUS, fresh cheese’; ‘PEA velouté à la Parisienne’ and ‘Venere Rice, wild fennel and citrus condiment’.
The 'Gardening Hour Menu’: £65 for 3 courses, two glasses of wine, half a bottle of water and tea or coffee (excludes the service charge).
Menu Jardin: £115 for 7 courses
