Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is hosting an exclusive Cookpot Masterclass in celebration of London Evening Standard Food Month this June. For the very first time, the secret behind Alain Ducasse’s iconic dish will now be revealed.
Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet will host the one-off masterclass during which the team will take a total of 6 guests through a step-by-step guide to mastering the art of this famed Cookpot to recreate at home – guests will be able to learn to cook both a sweet and savoury recipe.
Skills and steps from preparing the ingredients to finalizing the dish, along with learning the story behind the Cookpot will be shared by Alain Ducasse’s industry-leading team. To finish, guests will taste their creation paired with a glass of wine for both dishes under the guidance of Head Sommelier, Christopher Bothwell.
The Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester Cookpot Masterclass series will take place on the 19th June 2017, 9am – 1pm, priced at £180 per person.
