For the fourth consecutive year, on the 21st March 2018, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester takes part in Goût de France/Good France – the unique worldwide culinary event uniting 3,000 chefs over 5 continents, in celebration of French gastronomy.
This year's Goût de France/Good France is dedicated to Paul Bocuse, who lead the great evolution of French cuisine. Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has created an exclusive 6-course menu including a reinterpretation of Paul Bocuse’s famous dish, the ‘V.G.E.’ truffle soup, along with the Fillet of TURBOT, sea urchin and celeriac and the Fricassee of Bresse CHICKEN, asparagus and morel mushrooms. As a final flourish, the CHOCOLATE from our Manufacture in Paris completes this unique culinary journey.
To accompany this menu, Head Sommelier Ruben Desport has designed an elegant and refined wine pairing showcasing classic French appellations.
