Autumn and its aromatic produce inspired our team with menus full of colours and earthy flavours; nature inviting itself to the heart of the restaurant.

Mushrooms, root vegetables, hearty greens, citrus fruits and figs are at the core of Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet’s exciting menus, while Restaurant Director Enrico Baronetto leads our guests through a unique dining experience.
